    This may be more of a logistical question, but for the monthly study groups, what day and time during the week seems to be most convenient for practicing attorneys or CPAs?  Lunchtime?  After hours?  Breakfast?  Which would draw the highest response rate?

    Excellent question, but I must give you a lawyer's answer: it depends. If you are hosting the study group at your office and you live in a smaller town (where participants can travel to and from your office quickly and easily), lunch works well. For larger cities, early morning and late afternoons seem to work better. If you are going to their offices, lunches seem to work best.

    I should have also mentioned that providing Continuing Education credits for attendees helps to drive attendance, no matter what time of day.
