    What are the registration requirements for advisors who have clients overseas...particualrly for clients who are US citizens working at US military bases, but non-military personnel?  They would not have a state address, but an APO address.

    Hi Julie,

    Industry norm is to use the US address of record for these types of individuals...that is typically determined by where they are registered to vote or where they pay taxes.
